At Nemophilist, we are committed to producing products of great integrity — furniture crafted with uncompromising quality and care. Our aim is for you to be thoroughly pleased with your Nemophilist furniture, as it becomes an important family heirloom for generations to come. In a world prone to disposal, the durability of our products is not only logical but also beneficial for both us and our environment.
Nemophilist warrants its merchandise to be free of defects in both construction materials and workmanship from the date of delivery for the number of years noted below when used in a residential (non-commercial) setting.

If you are experiencing a problem with our furniture, simply notify us. Nemophilist will repair any problems that fall under our warranty at no charge to you. Depending on your location and the age of your furniture, we may require nominal charges for pickup, shipment, and re-delivery. Every product has the Nemophilist brand name/logo; otherwise, it is not valid for our warranty terms.

EXCLUSIONS

Limited Warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or improper care and storage.

Please note that seasonal wood movement on solid wood products and checking/cracking on wood tops (Specially in wooden table tops & wooden cot Mattress boards) are normal and are not considered warranty issues. Each piece of furniture is made specifically for each individual customer, no two pieces will be exactly the same. In regards to our Natural Finishes, the grain, texture and tone of each plank will vary from board to board which is natural and is to be expected and celebrated as this is the hallmark and beauty of Natural Solid Wood Furniture.

It is important to note that we do not provide a warranty specifically for the cushion. Cushions, which are integral to furniture comfort, are susceptible to varying levels of wear and tear based on their usage. Factors such as weight, frequency of use, and personal habits can affect the lifespan and condition of the cushions. Due to these factors and the challenge of determining the exact cause of cushion damage, we have made the decision not to offer a warranty solely for the cushions. This lack of warranty does not imply that the furniture itself is of lower quality or lacks durability. Instead, it emphasizes the importance for customers to make informed decisions and properly care for their furniture, including regular maintenance and cleaning, to ensure the longevity and continued satisfaction with their cushions. By understanding the specific care instructions and following best practices, individuals can extend the lifespan of their furniture cushions and enjoy long-lasting comfort.

Fabric Furniture for Sofas, Sectionals, Chairs & Beds

Nemophilist provides a warranty for the frame and spring support systems, protecting against breakage caused by construction material and workmanship defects. However, the warranty does not cover loss of resilience, loft, or crown in Cushion Cores and Tailoring. It is normal for cushion cores used in seat cushions, back pillows, and padding to soften and conform to the user’s shape over time due to regular use. Such changes are not considered manufacturing defects.

Includes broken frames, loose joints and welds. Warranty does not cover the following: glass and mirror cracks or breakage; stains or changes in color or texture of marble and stone materials.

Custom products

We warrant our merchandise to be free of defects in material and workmanship. It is your responsibility to notify us of visible defects and variances within 7 days of delivery. Natural wood may display small splits, knots, joint lines, or other organic features. These are normal characteristics and are not considered quality defects. Limited Warranty does not cover expansion, contraction, or effects of extreme high/low humidity. Custom products are not covered by the Limited Warranty.

The limited warranty guarantee mentioned above applies to the Original Owner and covers items purchased through Nemophilist, whether offline or online at nemophilist.co.in, and used in a residential setting.

WARRANTY DEFINITION

This Nemophilist Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies to indoor furniture used exclusively in residential (non-commercial) settings. It is important to note that this warranty becomes void if the furniture is used in non-household settings, or if it is misused, handled improperly, reupholstered, or repaired by any party other than Nemophilist or its authorized partners. To ensure your rights under this warranty, it is crucial to exercise proper care and use. Please be advised that this warranty is only valid for products purchased on or after August 20, 2023.

WARRANTY SERVICE

Nemophilist will repair or provide reasonably equivalent furniture as a replacement due to any product defects. In case of replacement, Nemophilist cannot guarantee that you will receive exactly the same piece. If your piece is no longer available, a comparable piece of equal value and similar style will be substituted. No cash refund is available and in no case shall Nemophilist be liable for more than the purchase price of the furniture or for incidental or consequential damages. Proof of purchase is required to exchange merchandise or receive warranty service. If any item is repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty, it will be covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

Limited Warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or improper care and storage. Many Nemophilist pieces are handcrafted from natural materials. Their beauty is in their natural variations, irregular distresses, sporadic oxidations, color fluctuations, etc. These are normal characteristics that will not affect the performance of your piece and are not covered by the Limited Warranty.

This warranty excludes all Clearance Items (marked As-Is, Last Chance! Extra Savings or otherwise to indicate a final, non-returnable sale), Custom Artwork, One-of-a-Kinds(objects), and Wallpaper. In addition, all Mirrors, Wall Art, Decor, Tabletop, and other items not specifically listed above are not warranted.

This Limited Warranty is given as an exclusive warranty and exclusive remedy, and no other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or purposes are made, and any such warranties are expressly disclaimed. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description contained in this warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nemophilist hereby disclaims all liability for damages based on negligence and strict product liability. This warranty is extended to the Purchaser alone and no others, is non-transferable and non-assignable, and may not be enlarged in its scope by any representative, salesperson, agent, or other employee of Nemophilist. This provision is a material term of this warranty and its violation or breach by Purchaser or any of Purchaser’s agents or representatives shall void and cancel this warranty for all purposes. Nemophilist products are not designed for commercial use (such as use in hotels, restaurants, or any other place where the public may use a product outside of a private residential setting), and without limiting any other disclaimer herein, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from such commercial use. Purchasing items online implies acceptance of this warranty by the Purchaser.
